Nevenka Letina serves as Business Development Executive at AUTHESIS AG, bringing over 30 years of international leadership experience in IT, business consulting, and strategic sales. Her work focuses on cybersecurity, digital transformation, sales coaching, and the execution of complex, high-value deals.

She is a recognized expert in navigating complex organizations and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, technology-enabled business outcomes. Nevenka applies the K&R professional negotiation methodology, successfully used across multinational engagements. Her proven track record includes executive roles at IBM and Capgemini, leading global client initiatives in life sciences, insurance, and financial services.

Before joining AUTHESIS AG, she was Managing Director for Novartis Global at IBM, responsible for the strategic partnership and P&L, leading large-scale transformation programs in cloud, AI, and business process digitization.

Nevenka also served on the Board of Directors of St. Claraspital in Basel (2016–2023), where she advised on IT strategy, cybersecurity, SAP implementation, and operational alignment. She continues to consult for AUTHESIS in areas such as security infrastructure, complex sales process design, and market development.
