Company History

AUTHESIS was founded 2003. It started as a project management consultancy company - addressing the needs for external project management concepts, methods, skills and capacities of one of the top Swiss banks in Zurich.

 

Over the years AUTHESIS was referenced to other clients - allowing to also grow into other industries and locations.

 

After the financial crisis of 2007 / 2008 the banking industry was facing new challenges - leading to new key stakeholders with needs to address in shortening timeframes.

 

As a consequence, some banking business models had to be re-worked, management of requirements became more important and fastening product development through the application of agile methods gained momentum.

 

AUTHESIS decided to invest into the areas of Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering and the application of Agile Methods in developing and delivering solutions - extending its service portfolio around project management.

 

In 2018 Michele Bruno and Dewi Williams joined the company as Principal Consultants. They brought additional program - project- portfolio- and risk-management skills and experience adding experience and capacity to the AUTHESDIS service portfolio. As both came with a strong Aviation Industry background, a new AUTHESIS industry focus could be added.

 

In 2020 Nevenka Letina joined the company as Business Development Manager. She added knowledge and experience in the business- and sales development area and the Swiss pharmaceutical industry. The AUTHESIS professional services offerings was extended and the AUTHESIS footprint in highly regulated customer environments in Switzerland was enlarged.

In 2018 they were the first company in Switzerland that has been certified in all Trend Micro products. In 2020 they were awarded as best technical partner of Trend Micro in the ALPS region.

TIMETOACT GROUP Schweiz GmbH belongs to the TIMETOACT GROUP with more than 550 employees at 13 locations in the DACH region. They provide services in the areas of Digital Workplace, Business Process Integration & Automation, Mathematical Optimization, Data Warehouse & Governance, Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics, Identity & Access Governance as well as Commerce and Customer Experience.

OUR OFFICE

The AUTHESIS office is located in the beautiful and economically healthy center of Switzerland. Going by train or by car, the office is just 40 minutes away from the center of Zurich. The office surrounding offers various options to relax and recharge by the lake or in the countryside. The beautiful lake of Zug is only 7 minutes away.
