Is your Project in Trouble? Gain Clarity and Take Action

Many projects face delays, resource constraints, or unclear objectives. Often, early warning signs go unnoticed, leading to challenges in project delivery. Our free and anonymous Project Self-Assessment Tool helps you to identify areas of concern early, compare your perception of the project with an objective assessment and receive hints and recommendations generated by the tool to help you analyze your project’s situation. It only takes you about 20 minutes to get initial qualified 3rd party insights.

Why This Matters to You?

Studies show that unidentified / unresolved project challenges lead - besides others - to inefficiencies and loss of productivity, higher project costs due to resource mismanagement and frustration among stakeholders and team members. Identifying problems early allows for corrective action, increasing the likelihood of project success. Our Self-Assessment Tool provides an objective analysis of your project’s status, identifies early signs of project misalignment before they escalate and offers hints to help you reflect on your project’s current state. It
